Projects
Independent products: evidence that I keep learning by building.
These are independent products I’m building outside of my professional work, presented honestly at their current stage.
Restaurant Financial Intelligence
An independent product for multi-location restaurant and franchise operations trying to see their finances and operations clearly across locations.
The Problem
Multi-location restaurant and franchise operators work with data spread across point-of-sale and delivery platforms, making it hard to understand sales, costs, fees, payouts, and profitability across locations, reconcile financials, calculate royalties, generate franchise invoices, and catch operational or financial issues before they compound.
Who It's For
Owners and operators of multi-location restaurant and franchise businesses.
The Approach
My approach has centered on customer discovery with restaurant operators, testing value hypotheses before building, framing the problem clearly, defining an MVP, and prioritizing the roadmap around what actually reduces operator effort, backed by market research and commercialization thinking rather than building features speculatively.
Where Things Stand
Financial consolidation, reconciliation, performance visibility, royalty calculations, and invoice generation are in active development, not all complete yet. Royalty calculations, invoicing, and reconciliation are built as structured, deterministic workflows rather than generative output, since they require exact, repeatable results. Natural language exploration of financial data, anomaly explanation, trend summaries, and forecasting are a possible future direction, not built today.
My Product Management Workspace
My personal space for structured Product Management thinking, product documentation, and learning through building.
The Problem
Product thinking often stays scattered across notes and conversations. This is where I turn that thinking into structured product artifacts: I decide where AI improves the workflow, where a simpler structured process is more dependable, and how the result should be evaluated.
Who It's For
My own product work, and an exploration of how a workspace like this could support Product Management more broadly.
The Approach
A Product Management workspace that uses AI for synthesis, exploration, documentation, and product reasoning where it adds value, across workflows like product context, problem definition, personas, product requirements, roadmaps, user stories, decision documents, and product learning, built and refined through my own day-to-day use.
Additional Experiments
More prototypes, teardowns, and workflow experiments land here as they happen.
This section stays open on purpose. Future AI prototypes, data experiments, product concepts, and interface explorations will be added here once they’re real and working, not before.
